Daniel Saxena has been Managing Director and Investment Director with Ventizz Capital Partners Austria GmbH since September 2010.
Before joining Ventizz, he was co-founder and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at an independent investment banking firm in Munich, specializing in equity and equity-linked financing.
Previously, he was Vice President in Loan & High Yield Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, focusing on investment grade lending and acquisition finance. From 1997 to 2003, Daniel Saxena worked as M&A and Corporate Finance investment banker at Deutsche Bank, later at Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, in Frankfurt, London and Palo Alto.
Daniel Saxena studied Business Administration in Germany, the USA and France. He received his Masters Degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
