In January 11, 2011 Markus Kaufmann (born in 1976, business administration graduate) has been appointed investment director with Ventizz Capital Partners. Already since 2007 he has been an investment manager with Ventizz. He previously worked with KPMG in corporate finance, where he supported various transactions as an M&A adviser. Prior to KPMG, he started his career with Ernst & Young in transaction advisory, where he focused on financial buy-side due diligence. Mr. Kaufmann studied business administration and received his Masters Degree at the Westfälische Wilhems University in Münster. During his university study, he worked as a student in Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory department and completed several internships including with Lupus Alpha Asset Management GmbH, MEAG MUNICH ERGO Asset Management GmbH and Assante Capital Management Ltd.
