Willi Mannheims (born in 1960, engineering graduate) joined Ventizz as a partner in 2003 and is a member of the Managing Board of Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG. Previously, Willi Mannheims restructured Eracom Technologies AG as its CEO. Prior to that, Willi Mannheims was CEO with the IT security company secunet Security Networks AG until 2001. As a co-founder of secunet Security Networks AG, he grew the company to a total of 250 employees over a three-year period, established an international network of strategic alliance partners and masterminded secunet's IPO in 1999 after Deutsche Telekom also acquired a 25% interest. He held various executive positions with DaimlerChrysler AG and CUBIS AG, establishing divisions or companies with global activities for more than ten years. He focused on sales and marketing and also business development. Willi Mannheims studied aerospace technology at RWTH Aachen and completed his MBA in the US and UK.
