Ventizz Capital Partners purchases leading Turn-key Electronic Manufacturing Services Company

Ventizz Capital Partners Advisory AG announces the purchase of a controlling stake of leading Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, AEMtec GmbH (AEMtec) through the advised fund Ventizz Capital Fund III, L.P. Jointly with Infineon Technologies Fiber Optics GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infineon Technologies AG, all private investors sold their shares in AEMtec.
AEMtec is located in Berlin, Germany and was established in 2000 as a spin-off from Infineon Technologies AG. It is a leading provider of manufacturing services for multi chip modules. Today AEMtec has 120 employees and customers in the fields of automotive, industrial, medical devices and data communication all around the world.
Ventizz Capital Fund III L.P. plans to provide additional expansion capital for accelerated future growth. “With its high-quality, premium service offering in the field of Chip-on-Board technology, AEMtec is well positioned and we see a significant potential for successful growth in worldwide markets,” adds Willi Mannheims, Managing Partner at Ventizz.
