Acquisition of Sovello AG completed

The acquisition of Sovello AG by Ventizz Capital Fund IV, L.P., announced on March 24, 2010, was successfully completed on April 22, 2010, after the participating banks and the antitrust, state and municipal authorities approved this transaction. Sovello has thus now been legally acquired.
