Who we are
We are a private equity fund management advisory company with offices in Jersey, St. Gallen and Düsseldorf. As a private equity investor our funds acquire interests in hightech companies in selected high-growth sectors, however in particular in cleantech. Right now we advise four funds with an investment capital totaling € 675 million. Ventizz funds are one of the most active investors in the German-speaking region and its neighboring countries. Over the recent years the investment performance has been substantially better than the industry average – and Ventizz just keeps on growing. The investments are geared toward majority interests in companies with annual revenues in excess of € 10 million.
Who we need
You have graduated in business administration/economy and/or as an engineer or scientist with honors. You have several years of professional experience in management consulting, the private equity sector or in corporate management and have a tried-and-trusted track record. You speak English fluently and you have excellent analytical skills, you are a talented negotiator and you possess a convincing personality.
